The factors 211 adjusted for in the multifactorial logistic regression model include age, urban scale, residential 212 status, patient or family awareness of SEM, TOAST classification, time of stroke onset, 213 distance from onset location and first-visit hospital, mode of transportation to the hospital, 214 interhospital transfer, wake-up stroke, limb weakness, dizziness, prestroke mRS score and 215 initial NIHSS score upon hospital arrival.
